During our trip, we reached Kayan, Tadian where we saw amazing views and a welcome sign which shows the way where Kayan East and Kayan West are located. As our journey went on, we passed by and caught sight of Kayan West Elementary School, which stands as an important place for the children in the community, where they learn, grow, and prepare for their future. Additionally, we also saw the place they call the Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery, which is a quiet and peaceful area where people bury their loved ones and visit them to pray and remember them, showing what the community’s faith is and how much they care for those who have already passed away.

In Kayan, Tadian, we noticed how important cleanliness is to the people because everywhere we looked, the place was very clean and there was no trash scattered around. The streets, houses, and surroundings were well taken care of, and it was clear that the people living there make an effort to keep their environment neat and orderly. You can easily see that they work together and follow simple rules to maintain the beauty of their community, which makes the place more peaceful, comfortable, and pleasant for everyone who visits or lives there.

As we went further along the road, we saw Layog Country Farm, a beautiful and peaceful tourist spot surrounded by nature where visitors can relax, enjoy the fresh air, and experience the simple life in the countryside while appreciating the wide green fields and the calm environment around it.

Stopping at Layog Farm made the long drive feel lighter. The peaceful scenery, open space, and quiet atmosphere gave us a moment to rest, take photos, and appreciate the beauty of nature. It felt refreshing and grounding, making us even more excited for what Cervantes had waiting for us.
